Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?+

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make modifications. Kindly note that Top-Up Packages are strictly non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?+

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?+

Not at the moment. We currently only ship within Singapore, but we may explore international shipping in the future.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?+

As trading cards and collectibles are condition-sensitive items, all sales are final once an order is confirmed. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, price fluctuations, or customer preference. If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, please email us at support@thetcgalchemists.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos/videos so we can look into it.

How do I earn points?+

You earn points on every purchase made using store credit.

How do I redeem my points?+

Points can be redeemed for store credits. Visit your account page to view your points balance and available rewards.

How do I get store credits?+

You can purchase Store Credits under Top-Up Packages page.

Can I use store credit to purchase any products?+

Store credit can be used on most products, both online and in-store. However, it cannot be used to purchase store credit, and it cannot be used on consignment products. Consignment products are only available in-store and must be paid for separately.

My rewards are not correctly reflected. What do I do?+
